Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator - Must have extensive experience operating Heavy Equipment pertinent to the Grading & Excavating business. Must also posses excellent communication skills. Must be reliable. This position while starting out as a Operator may evolve to a full leadership position and as such we are seeking a candidate that also posses supervisory skills and who aspires to be a Leader.
